Plain English summary

This section establishes the filing requirements for written submissions made under §§ 300.179 through 300.184, specifying acceptable methods of delivery (hand delivery, mail, or facsimile) and defining how the filing date is determined for each method. Parties using facsimile transmission bear responsibility for confirming receipt of a complete and legible copy, and the Secretary or Hearing Official may require a follow-up hard copy.
