§ 300.171 Annual description of use of Part B funds.

This section requires states to annually describe how retained Part B funds for state administration and state-level activities will be used and allocated among activities under § 300.704, based on LEA input, in order to receive a grant. States whose plans have not changed from the prior year may satisfy this requirement by submitting a letter to that effect. This requirement does not apply to certain U.S. territories and freely associated states.

  • The provisions of this section do not apply to the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and the freely associated States
