§ 300.112 Individualized education programs (IEP).

This section requires each State to ensure that an Individualized Education Program (IEP), or a qualifying Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) meeting section 636(d) of the Act, is developed, reviewed, and revised for every child with a disability. These requirements must be carried out in accordance with the detailed IEP provisions found in §§ 300.320 through 300.324, with one exception outlined in § 300.300(b)(3)(ii).
