Plain English summary

This rule establishes the process by which a Local Education Agency (LEA) may apply to the State Board of Education for a one-year extension of a teacher's provisional license when extenuating circumstances have prevented completion of required coursework. The rule specifies the exact content required in each document submitted as part of the extension application.
