NC 1501-12.8 Public Participation

This regulation requires North Carolina to hold public hearings with adequate notice before adopting or amending any policies and procedures required under Part B of IDEA. - Before submitting the State plan under this part, the State must comply with the public participation requirements in paragraph (a) of this section and those in 20 U.S.C. 1232d(b)(7).
