NC 1501-4.4 Transition of Children from Part C to Preschool Programs

This regulation requires the State and each LEA to ensure smooth transitions for children moving from Part C early intervention programs to Part B preschool programs under IDEA. By a child's third birthday, an IEP or IFSP must be developed and actively implemented. Key requirements
