NC 1501-2.12 Equal Access to Textbooks for All Children and Teachers

LEAs are required to use State textbook funds to provide students with disabilities the same textbooks as nondisabled students. Additionally, teachers of children with disabilities must receive at minimum the same teachers' editions provided to teachers of nondisabled students.

Key requirements
