NC 1501-2.10 Individualized Education Program (IEP)

LEAs are required to ensure that an Individualized Education Program (IEP), or a qualifying IFSP under IDEA section 636(d), is developed, reviewed, and revised for every child with a disability. This must be done in accordance with NC 1503-4 through NC 1503-5.1, with a limited exception noted in NC 1503-1.1(b)(3)(ii).
