NC 1501-2.3 Assistive Technology

Public agencies must provide assistive technology devices and/or services to children with disabilities when required as part of special education, related services, or supplementary aids and services. On a case-by-case basis, school-purchased assistive technology devices must also be made available in a child's home or other settings if the IEP Team determines such access is necessary for the child to receive FAPE.
